Case Study

Water Treatment Case Study #1

The customer had an existing treatment system that was too small for the growing business. Instead of completely replacing their existing system, we upsized their old softening system and installed a second Commercial Reverse Osmosis System in order to double their production capacity. In addition, we serviced the existing equipment, changed membranes and improved their final water quality which improved their final product and they are very happy with the fact they were able to increase their total production by over 50% which made paying for the system a 6 month return on investment.

Water Treatment Case Study #2

The customer had extremely hard water which was affecting their boilers and all of their faucets, fixtures and plumbing systems. They were embarrassed to hold training sessions and have higher ups come to their facility and see the extreme white film in the sinks and on the faucets. We sized and installed this specially designed Triplex/Progressive flow system in order to accommodate their occasional high demand periods while still being effective during slow times. Once the system was installed, they were able to clean everything up and be proud to show off their modern facility.

Case Study

Water Treatment Case Study #3

The customer had a smaller, Commercial Water Softener installed previously and they were getting hard water due to it not being sized properly. The softening system is feeding a large industrial sized Reverse Osmosis System and they were using more water every day than the old system could handle. We sized the system correctly and once the system was installed, their Reverse Osmosis System started producing 25% more water at a higher quality. Needless to say, the customer is very pleased with Negley’s Water.
